Entering a baking competition

I’ve been trialling some bread baking recipes lately with mixed success, then work have posted a baking competition.

Am I ready to win?!

I’ve been practising a lot recently, mainly through the tips found on www.busbysbakery.com  but am I ready to win a competition?!

My bread has been great, I’m proud with how the last few recipes have come out. But will I get it right for the competition or will it be bang average?

I’m making a brioche loaf, I really hope it comes out better than other people’s attempts, I know I can do it!!

But will I!?
