Hi there! I’m Carly and I love baking bread! I’m pretty new to it though! There is so much enjoyment to be had from learning to bake bread that I find it the impossible release, something I just can’t stop doing!

There is an amazing feeling of relief, pleasure and pride when I pull a perfect crusty loaf out the oven. It’s pure bliss and i hope I can learn new bread baking recipes soon so I can try it out with more breads!.
